Client Overview

In the beginning of 2023, Oxygen Property Management approached Verum seeking to improve their Google Ads performance after facing challenges with previous agencies. Looking at Q2 2023 vs Q2 2024, our Google Ads strategy delivered impressive results:

  • Conversions (desired actions like purchases, sign-ups, or calls): Increased by 99%.
  • Cost per Conversion (the expense to achieve each conversion): Decreased by 46%.
  • Total Cost (budget spent on Ads): Increased by only 5%

This means that with the same dollars, we doubled the results and halved the cost of each desired action taken by clients.

  • Impressions (how often ads were shown): Decreased by 57%.
  • Clicks (how many times ads were clicked): Decreased by 10%.
  • Click Through Rate (the percentage of impressions that resulted in a click): Increased by 113%.
  • Conversion Rate: Increased by 82%.

Oxygen's ads were shown a lot less—less than half as often as last year— but they were clicked almost as many times. After clicking the ads, people were 82% more likely to contact the business. We put the ads in front of the right people at the right time. All this combined means we used our advertising budget very effectively and efficiently, doubling the results with the same budget.
